Enjoy an animated week at the Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film (ITFS) from 23 – 28 April, 2024. Strong films in competition, exciting outdoor screenings, as well as inspiring talks and panels. In the Special Focus Ireland programme, we take a look at the young progressive animation scene of the Emerald Isle. Meet two remarkable artists and their work in the In Persona programme: Špela Čadež (Slovenia) and Michaela Pavlátová (Czech Republic). Animation at its best and people up-close and personal.

FMX – FILM & MEDIA EXCHANGE
FMX is Europe’s most significant conference for the creative industries and a magnet for international media and entertainment creators. Running parallel to ITFS and APD, FMX is returning to four days on site from April 23 to 26, exploring the latest in Animation, Visual Effects, Interactive and Immersive Media. This year’s FMX theme CONNECTING IDEAS focuses on the question, how people can collaborate easier and more efficiently across platforms, pipelines and distances.
